My husband and I arrived at the Asheville airport last Friday, we did not know there were no taxis at the airport, luckily airport customer service helped us and connected us to Joel . Joel showed up 30 minutes after we called him . He picked us up in a spotless , clean SUV , he was warm , friendly and full of local knowledge. Our ride was easy and smooth. We arranged to have him pick us up for our return flight home on Sunday. Saturday was a big snow storm, many roads were undriveable. Sunday morning Joel contacted us and said he was still coming to pick us up even through it would be difficult for him ( snow) . Joel showed up right on time and we arrived at the airport with no issues . If you are looking for solid, reliable , clean transportation with a driver who is warm, funny and kind, Joel is your man . Thank you Joel we will be calling you again when we are back in Asheville NC”
